Welcome to Ayné Studio.
To keep everything running smoothly and respectfully for all clients, please read the following booking policies carefully before securing your appointment.
Deposits & Payments
Appointments are not confirmed until a non-refundable £15 deposit is paid.
The remaining balance can be paid by card at your appointment.
Deposits are non-transferable unless rescheduling is completed within the allowed timeframe.
Lateness
Please arrive on time.
If you are 10+ minutes late, you may lose your deposit.
If you are 20+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
You must be in the chair by the 10-minute mark (parking or “pulling up” does not count).
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Less than 48 hours’ notice requires a new deposit to rebook.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Appointment Rules
Please arrive alone (home-based studio; no extra guests).
Removal required for work done elsewhere — I do not infill or soak off other techs’ work.
Arrive at the exact time of your appointment (not earlier).
Service Information
Fill-ins are offered only on the same colour base as the original set.
Services include acrylic and gel extensions, Russian manicures, Japanese manicures, and hand soak treatments.
Location Policy
Ayné Studio is a private, home-based salon located in the Birmingham area.
For privacy and security reasons, the exact address is only shared once a deposit and booking are confirmed.
Clients will receive the full address and arrival instructions 48 hours before their appointment.Contact us at {email} for questions related to refunds and returns.
Agreement
By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to these policies. Failure to follow them may result in loss of deposit and/or cancellation.
